Our Founder
Teri Carpenter launched CAI Dynamics with a vision: to create a consulting firm grounded in authenticity, agility, and client success. As a woman entrepreneur in the tech space, her leadership has shaped our culture—collaborative, responsive, and rooted in integrity. She holds a BA in Business Management from Antioch University–Seattle and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Business Manager (CBM), and Certified Microsoft Dynamics GP consultant. Under her leadership, Carpenter Associates also became an Acumatica Gold Partner. With over 30 years of executive-level experience, Teri’s hands-on approach continues to guide the firm’s strategic vision and foster a culture of excellence.
